ACETYLENE BLACK
Acetylene Black finds uses in batteries, semi conductive rubber and polymer compounds, conductive tapes, curing bladders for tyres and other conductive applications.
Our acetylene black is manufactured from the purest form of feed stock acetylene gas. The highly automated process and instrumentation at our plant offers consistent end product without variation. Our product shows higher absorption and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity values.
Our in house Quality Assurance and Quality Control center ensures purity of the raw material and quality and consistency of the finished product.
We have a separate R&D wing involved in constant up-gradation of product characteristics to meet customer requirements.
ACETYLENE BLACK GRADES
We manufacture acetylene black powder in 50%, 75%, 100% and Ultra High Density Grades.
We also manufacture granulated acetylene black.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
• The plant uses 99% pure acetylene gas feed from gas cracker.
• The plant and production process is ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certified.
• The production process is monitored through a high degree of instrumentation, including a state-of-the-art Distributed Controlled System (DCS).
